01The service and your agreement

These Terms of Use apply to Zaqnet’s website and business services provided by RDS Corp, India. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. Users must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into the relevant agreement.

Your order form, subscription agreement and any applicable data-processing or service-level agreement govern the specific services purchased. Where a signed agreement expressly varies these terms, that agreement governs the relevant matter. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.

ControlRoom is the browser workspace and GroundLink is the mobile companion. ZaqOS Levante is the shared experience layer. Development previews, roadmap items and illustrative screenshots are not commitments that a feature is available on every plan, platform or deployment.

02Accounts, roles and organisation control

Keep credentials confidential, use authorised accounts and report suspected compromise promptly. Do not share another person’s session, bypass company boundaries, or obtain access outside your assigned role.

The organisation is responsible for assigning appropriate roles, reviewing access, keeping user and device records current and removing access when it is no longer needed. A feature entitlement, a user permission and a device permission are separate requirements. None overrides the others or applicable law.

Provide accurate records and use the services only for legitimate business purposes. Administrators must communicate relevant workplace policies to users and provide a route for correcting errors and raising concerns.

03Subscriptions and commercial terms

Your confirmed order defines the plan, users, fees, billing interval, taxes, renewal, cancellation and any agreed support or service levels. Review those terms before subscribing. A public price or feature comparison does not replace the order or promise a particular rollout date.

Additional integrations, messaging, storage, payment processing or enterprise configuration may depend on separate arrangements. Price or plan changes are subject to the notice and terms applicable to your agreement. Refunds, cancellation and outstanding charges are governed by that agreement and mandatory law.

Backup, recovery, retention, throughput and availability commitments apply only to the extent agreed for your service. Do not infer an unlimited allowance or guaranteed recovery from a product name or marketing description.

04Active tracking and passive trail detection

Use tracking only for a specified and lawful work purpose, with the required notices, device permissions and consent. Explain the mode, duty arrangements, viewers and retention to affected users. An administrator must not use a role assignment as a substitute for these requirements.

Passive tracking can run in the background on supported devices, including when the app is not open. Duty state and tracking configuration govern the authorised session. Organisations must not direct users to bypass permission controls or use the service for covert or unrelated off-duty monitoring.

Location updates, inferred halts and routes can be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete. Check the original timestamps, accuracy and operational context before making a decision. Tracking must not be the sole basis for a disciplinary, safety-critical or other consequential decision.

Location-based work is not an emergency response, navigation safety or guaranteed attendance-verification service. A stale or missing point does not establish where a person is or why an update is absent.

05X-Ray and enterprise devices

Any X-Ray use is consent-only and restricted to enterprise-owned devices. Personal device ownership, an employment relationship or acceptance of these terms does not grant blanket monitoring permission.

Before enabling a supplied capability, the organisation must establish device eligibility, a specific lawful purpose, authorised operators, a clear feature notice, the required consent and retention arrangements. Use must remain within the capabilities and scope actually supplied for that deployment.

Do not use X-Ray or any related enterprise tool for covert surveillance, unauthorised recording, interception of private communications, or access to personal accounts. Do not claim or attempt capture, remote control or data extraction that has not been expressly supplied and authorised.

06LiveLink communications

LiveLink provides authorised voice calling between supported endpoints. Calling requires appropriate feature access, network connectivity and microphone permission. Users may decline or end calls and use available mute controls.

Do not harass participants, impersonate another user, or use a call to collect information outside the agreed work purpose. Any recording or transcription, including through an external tool, requires compliance with applicable law and any required notice and consent. These terms do not grant permission to record.

Calls and incoming-call notifications may fail or be delayed because of connectivity, device settings, platform restrictions or service availability. LiveLink is not a replacement for emergency calling or a guaranteed emergency communication channel.

07Automations and consequential actions

Your organisation is responsible for the events, conditions, destinations and recipients it configures. Review supported actions, permissions and their effects before enabling a workflow. Test a representative case and its exceptions, particularly where an action changes stock, business records or notifications.

A saved draft is not necessarily an enabled workflow, and an enabled workflow does not guarantee that each external action succeeds. Review execution results and errors. Do not assume exactly-once processing, uninterrupted execution or automatic reversal of an action unless those behaviours are expressly documented for the action.

Reports, exports, webhooks and communications can disclose personal or commercially sensitive information. Verify recipient authority and destination security. Automated or generated output requires appropriate human review, especially for financial, employment or other consequential decisions.

08Business records, payments and integrations

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorise the processing reasonably needed to deliver the configured service, support it and meet applicable obligations. You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis to provide customer, employee and third-party information.

Check orders, prices, tax information, payments, stock movements and closure records before relying on them. Zaqnet is a business tool; using it does not transfer your accounting, tax, employment or regulatory responsibilities to RDS Corp.

Payment links, messaging channels, maps and other integrations may be provided by third parties under separate terms. A payment record in Zaqnet is not itself a guarantee that funds have settled. External providers can impose limits, fees and availability conditions.

09Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the services unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with service availability, defeat consent controls, or access another organisation’s information without authority. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information.

RDS Corp and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and service materials. Subject to your agreement, you receive a limited right to use the services for authorised business purposes. Do not redistribute, resell or copy the service beyond that permission, or remove proprietary notices. Any restriction on reverse engineering is subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Customer content remains subject to its owners’ rights. Access to a record or export does not give you permission to publish it or use it for an unrelated purpose.

10Availability, security and limitations

Except for commitments expressly made in an applicable agreement, the services are provided as available. Maintenance, failures, network conditions and third-party dependencies may interrupt access or delay updates. No statement here guarantees error-free operation or that every threat can be prevented.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to your agreement, implied warranties are excluded. Liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or goodwill, is excluded to that extent. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory rights.

Protect your devices and credentials, maintain appropriate independent records where needed, and use the backup and export arrangements agreed for your service. Report defects and security concerns through the support contact below.

11Suspension, termination and records

Access may be suspended or restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security threat, a legal requirement or a material breach, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Notice will be provided where appropriate and feasible; urgent protective action may precede notice.

Cancellation and termination follow the relevant subscription or service agreement. Coordinate any required exports before access ends. Termination does not erase outstanding payment obligations or records that must lawfully be retained.

Data return, deletion and backup handling follow the customer agreement, applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Ending an account does not automatically delete organisational records or copies already exported to third parties.

12Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory rights and any dispute procedure in your applicable agreement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We may update these terms, with notice of material changes as required by law or your agreement. Changes do not replace a separate consent required for tracking, monitoring or recording. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Contact RDS Corp for questions about these terms, service scope or a dispute using the contact details below.
